Market days are festive, community-oriented events with special market events such as food demos, children's activities, face painting, seed exchange, and more!

Hopi Tutskwa Permaculture hosts a booth at each Hopi Farmers Market! We offer vegetable transplants, fruit tree seedlings, grapevines, flower bouquets, canned goods, and vegetables from our Gardens.

Here are the goals and objectives of the Hopi Farmers Market:

Goal: To provide a FREE event for the Hopi community to learn ways to strengthen our Hopi food system, to support locally grown food by connecting farmers to consumers, and to provide a space for homemade goods and local produce to be sold or traded.

Objectives:

To provide educational hands-on teaching for intergenerational learning.
Connecting local Farmers to Community by creating a space to sell or trade their goods.
Promote health and wellness.
Support and Nurture our Local Hopi Food Economy.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING FARMERS, GARDENERS, LOCAL FOOD/CRAFT VENDORS FOR THE 2024 HOPI FARMERS MARKET SEASON.
